Appointment & No-Show Policy (Effective Immediately)

At Perfectly Polished Nails & Spa, each appointment is carefully reserved for you. When a client confirms but does not show up, it directly affects our technicians’ schedules and the opportunity to serve other clients.

To maintain fairness and protect our team’s time, CONFIRMED NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT.

This policy is not personal — it is in place to protect our salon operations and our technicians’ time, ensuring fairness and availability for all clients.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy — it allows us to continue providing quality service and care for everyone.

We understand that circumstances may come up that do not allow you to make it to your appointment but PLEASE be respectful and courteous by calling to cancel or reschedule.
